My poor mom's been on the phone with Comcast forever trying to get a simple yes/no question answered re: Crazy Grandpa's service.

At about minute 15 (shades of my Cingular nightmare, here...) she goes: "20151. Virgina. Chantilly. Sterling. What are we near? Um, Washington D.C.?"

Total insanity. It appears that the fish is burnt and the walls are taking a pounding. I suggested she blog about it...that sometimes gets results.

Virginia. It's near, you know, Florida.
